## Shipping Policy
**Processing time:** Orders are processed within [1-3] business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email, then a tracking number once your order ships.
**Delivery time:** Most US orders arrive within 3-5 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carriers, holidays and weather.
**Shipping cost:** Free shipping on orders over $50. Orders under $50 pay a flat rate of $20, shown at checkout before you pay.

**Tracking:** Every order includes tracking. Please allow up to [48 hours] after shipping for tracking to update.

## Returns and Refund Policy
**30-day returns.** If you’re not happy, contact us within 30 days of delivery at sterling@shopwithstellz.com.
**Eligible items:** Items must be unused and in original packaging. [Adjust: some electronics may be non-returnable if opened.]
**Damaged, defective or wrong items:** Send a photo within [7] days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
**How to return:** Email us with your order number. We’ll reply with return instructions. [Confirm with Teemdrop whether returns go to a return address or are refunded without return.]
**Refunds:** Approved refunds go to your original payment method within [5-10] business days after we process the return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
